No big words. Below is what the code enforces, what we do with data and what is not finished yet.
The first message says it comes from a digital assistant, as the European rules on AI ask.
Every message says how to stop: reply STOP on SMS or WhatsApp, an unsubscribe link in an email. Whoever stops hears nothing more.
Messages to customers go in their language: Dutch, French, German or English. This website is in Dutch and English.
Never outside the allowed hours. At least 48 hours between two offers and at most three in fourteen days per customer.
In the EU, in Ireland. Some processors, such as for SMS, email and WhatsApp, may also process outside the EU, on the basis of standard contractual clauses. The full list is in the data processing agreement.
Sell data. Share customer lists between businesses. Ask for medical data: Revenaro uses name, contact details, service, time and the value of the hour.
Every table in the database is under row-level security: a rule that lets each business see only its own rows.
If a customer writes STOP, we keep only that fact and delete the rest within 30 days. Six months after the agreement ends we delete or anonymise all customer data of that business, except what the law requires us to keep longer, such as invoices.
These are our five principles. They are the yardstick, not a promise that everything is done.
What a customer books through your own channels costs 0%. That is in the prices and in the way we count.
We never charge for installation or for moving over. The machine should do that.
An empty hour, or a customer who has been away for long, deserves an attempt.
The bad ones too. No testimonials that do not exist, no struck-through prices.
Exporting in one click is part of the product. That is not built yet.
A digital assistant that answers customers, proposes an appointment and says straight away that it is an assistant. It never invents a price.
Confirmation, reminder and invitations over WhatsApp, with SMS or email as a safety net.
