Fill empty slots

A gap in your calendar, filled again.

A cancellation, a no-show or an empty hour becomes an invitation to the customer who fits it best. Whoever says yes confirms with one link.

In test: built and checked, not yet used by a real business.

What happens

  1. 1

    Revenaro spots a slot

A gap in your calendar, with the service and the value of the hour.

  2. 2

    It picks who fits best

Whoever often takes the service, answers quickly and tends to come at that hour scores higher. Whoever often does not show up scores lower. Whoever just got a message waits.

  3. 3

    A small group first

If nobody answers, the next wave goes out. Never everyone at once.

  4. 4

    One link to confirm

The first to confirm gets the slot. Whoever is too late sees that the slot has gone.

What the customer sees

The customer gets a message that says who it is from, with a link to a page in their own language. No account needed.

The page shown here is not drawn by hand: it uses the same functions that write the real message and the real page.

  • Service, time, business and indicative price are on the page.
  • Confirming is one button. Free cancellation, always.
  • The page exists in four languages.

Rules it keeps to

They are in the code, not in a promise. One gate checks every message before it leaves.

Only with consent

No message to anyone without valid consent, or who wrote STOP.

Not outside the hours

Messages do not go out outside the allowed hours.

Not too often

At least 48 hours between two offers, and at most three offers per customer per fourteen days.

Always a way out

Every message says it comes from a digital assistant and how to stop.

The proof per hour

An hour only counts when a conversation and an appointment together prove that Revenaro saved it. You see that proof for every hour and you can dispute it.

On the Result plan you pay 15% of the value of such an hour. A customer who books through your own channels costs 0%.

  • Conversation and appointment are linked.
  • You can always dispute, and a refusal comes with a reason.
  • No real invoice yet: the payment chain runs in test mode.

In test

Revenaro spots a gap in your calendar and invites the customers who fit it best. Whoever wants it confirms with one link.

Where it stands. The twelve steps from calendar to booked appointment are covered by automatic checks. In a simulation of 10,000 bookings at the same time there was not a single double booking. It has not booked an appointment for a real business yet.

Proof for every saved hour

In test

We only charge for an hour when a conversation and an appointment together prove that we saved it. You see the proof and you can dispute it.

Where it stands. Built and tested in Stripe's test mode. Disputing an hour that has proof is refused, with the reason shown. A real invoice has never been sent.

Reads your existing calendar

In test

Revenaro reads your calendar and finds the gaps itself. You do not have to move anything.

Where it stands. Works with Google Calendar and with a calendar link (a web address most calendar programs can give you). Tested on one test business. We have not tried every program one by one.

Safe messages

In test

Every message says it is an assistant, offers a free way to stop, and never goes out outside your opening hours.

Where it stands. Enforced in the code and covered by automatic checks, including STOP in four languages. A real customer has not received a message yet.

Confirmation and reminder

In test

A confirmation after booking and a reminder the day before, so fewer people forget to come.

Where it stands. Built and tested, by email. SMS and WhatsApp follow once those channels are on. Not used for a real business yet.

WhatsApp

Coming

Confirmation, reminder and invitations over WhatsApp, with SMS or email as a safety net.

Where it stands. Built and tested against a pretend Meta. There is no approved Meta account yet and a real WhatsApp message has never been sent. Until then messages go by email.

About email, SMS and WhatsApp

Today invitations go by email. WhatsApp is coming, once Meta approves the messages. The same gate applies to every channel.
