RRevenaro

Terms of Service

In effect since 14 September 2026

These terms apply between Revenaro and the business using Revenaro to recover appointments ('the Customer'). They do not directly apply to the Customer's own clients, those receive messages on the Customer's behalf, as explained in our privacy policy.

1. Definitions

'Revenaro', 'we': {{legal company name}} (Belgian company no. {{no.}}). 'the Customer': the business that creates an account and uses Revenaro. 'End Client': a person with an appointment at the Customer's business who is contacted by Revenaro on the Customer's behalf. 'the Service': the software, messaging, and dashboard provided by Revenaro.

2. The Service

Revenaro detects slots that free up in the Customer's calendar and attempts to have them automatically rebooked by contacting End Clients, via WhatsApp, SMS or phone, based on consent provided or imported by the Customer.

Revenaro makes reasonable efforts to recover as many freed-up slots as possible, but does not guarantee any specific number or percentage of recovered appointments. The outcome depends on factors outside our control: how reachable the Customer's own clients are, how much time there is between the slot opening up and the appointment time, and the quality of the contact data supplied.

3. Account and access

The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of its login credentials and for all activity under its account. Revenaro may temporarily suspend an account on reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms, and will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

4. Customer obligations

The Customer warrants that every contact detail (phone number, email address) it supplies to Revenaro was lawfully obtained and that the End Client concerned was validly informed and, where legally required, has consented to being contacted through those channels. This is a core obligation: Revenaro processes this data on the Customer's instructions and cannot itself verify the legal validity of each individual consent.

The Customer does not share any special categories of personal data (including health data) with Revenaro, even inadvertently via import files or free-text fields.

The Customer does not use the Service to send unsolicited advertising outside the purpose of appointment recovery, and complies with WhatsApp/Meta's messaging policies and applicable telecom regulations.

5. Price and payment

Current prices are listed at revenaro.com/pricing. Depending on the chosen plan, Revenaro charges a fixed amount per recovered result, or a fixed monthly amount. Payments are processed via Stripe. Under a results-based plan, Revenaro counts the recovered appointments itself; the Customer can trace any charged amount back to a specific appointment in the dashboard.

Price changes are announced to active customers at least 30 days in advance and are never applied retroactively.

6. Fair use of messaging

To protect the reputation of the WhatsApp and SMS numbers used, for all Revenaro customers collectively, reasonable limits apply to the number of messages per End Client per period and to total volume per Customer. These limits are set so that normal use for appointment recovery never runs into them.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, the Revenaro brand, and the underlying technology remain with Revenaro. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of the agreement. Data supplied by the Customer (client lists, services, prices) remains the Customer's property.

8. Liability

Revenaro is only liable for direct damages that are the direct result of a breach attributable to Revenaro, capped per calendar year at the fees the Customer paid Revenaro over the preceding 12 months. Revenaro is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost revenue, or damages arising because an End Client was contacted when the consent supplied by the Customer was not in order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, to the extent the applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

9. Term and termination

The agreement is entered into for an indefinite term and may be cancelled monthly, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Upon termination, the Customer retains access to its dashboard and data until the end of the current billing period. What happens to the data afterwards is described in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure resulting from force majeure, including an outage at an underlying provider (Twilio, Meta, Stripe, hosting partners) that was reasonably unforeseeable or unavoidable.

11. Changes to these terms

Revenaro may amend these terms. A meaningful change is announced at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer continues to use the Service afterwards, it accepts the new terms; if it disagrees, it may cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of Revenaro's registered seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules that would otherwise apply.
